Finding out that I was pre-diabetic a couple of years ago really changed my perspective on my overall health and wellness. I started paying attention to how I treat my body, as well as what I put into it. It has been a complete lifestyle change, but one I’ve adopted and embraced. Developing a good fitness routine and healthy eating habits aren’t something I was taught growing up, so it’s really important to me that I set the example with my kids. They love FAGE Total just as much as I do, and our biggest issue is fighting over who gets to eat the last one in the fridge. Lol
